Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando

Liked: Proximity to Hard Rock Live Venue and water taxi was nice.
Disliked: No availability of king size beds; toilet tissue holder was broken; positioning of light switches and trash cans inconvenient.

Vacation was a great experience

Liked: Property had great rooms and clean sheets. Bathroom was clean. I loved the water taxi. The parks were close and the pool was great. Had everything you need on the property. Employees were great and inviting. Restaurant was nice. Easy to navigate the resort.
Disliked: I’d say the high prices and higher tips were a little bit surprising but the experience is worth it.

Liked: Great location, nice gym and pool area. Good with the coffee shop in the lobby for morning coffee.
Disliked: Overpriced. The room was too small for our family of five. We had booked an extra bed and reminded the staff about it at check-in. Still, no bed in the room. We had to ask again for it in the evening. Had to pay 35 USD per night for it. Could barely move around and fit the bags in the room, still it costed over 400 USD per night. Despite 5 people in the room, we only got towels for 4 people every day. Food very expensive and below average, not affordable to eat at the hotel at all. Overall, we arrived super optimistic and looked forward to the stay so very much, but unfortunately, we left feeling ripped off.

Liked: The room was pretty and spacious. I got in late and was glad there was 24/7 room service. The staff were helpful and happy to greet us. I liked the couch in the living room area. The food was good and the kids enjoyed the cheese pizza. Nice walk through bathroom was fun to see.
Disliked: Couldn't find a lock on the sliding bathroom door.
