Liked: We had stayed before and loved the peace and atmosphere
Disliked: They said there would be refurbishment it was full scale construction. . I have video should anyone want to see it.

I looked forward to finally staying here and it will be even better with a finished external AND internal reno!

Liked: The express passes, location and accessibility!
Disliked: I know that the resort is going through maybe an external renovation which is great, a bigger focus should definitely be a room refurbish in comparison with rooms in other premium park hotels!

Overall good stay but I would have been disappointed if I was staying for longer due to the building

Liked: Comfort/size of the bed and cleanliness of our room Closeness to universal and the ability to use the boat to get into the park Unlimited fast passes to use on both days around the night of our staying
Disliked: I think the price of our stay was expensive considering all the works being carried out in the hotel and I think we could have paid less to reflect that.
