Excellent hotel and location

Liked: All good. Location, rooms, staff. Hard to fault it.
Disliked: Nothing although minor issue with WiFi on laptop in the room but fine in the lobby.

Very plaisant

Liked: It was very clean smell delicious and the employés very nice
Disliked: The swimming pool. Too much chlore and a family and their friends occupied all the facility so we decided not to go swim. Not enough place

Many stays, no disappointments!

Liked: The service at this hotel is always remarkable. I have stayed in almost every four star or better hotel in the area and Lowe's consistently delivers great customer service. Their beds are also extremely comfortable and they upgrade your room if possible.
Disliked: The cost of valet per night is extremely high at $54 however you can park at the Harrah's parking garage for free if you play for 30 minutes with a Caesars reward card

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, the staff was so friendly. They even put a happy birthday note in my room for my birthday. I would definitely stay here again.
