Liked: Staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and always had a nice fragrance when you entered.
Disliked: No microwaves at all

Liked: I liked the hotel overall and the room. The staff was very friendly even to my dog - they gave us a gift bag for our dog.
Disliked: No area to walk our dog. It is all paved.

Liked: The rooms are always so clean and nice the area is very convenient for us
Disliked: The air didn't work in either room that they place us in and they were very rude about it when I told them about it

Liked: Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean and the restaurant and gym was good, lobby was inviting and smelled amazing, the valet front desk and maid service was nice and professional I loved the 12 pm checkout hotel sent up a bottle of Sauvignon blanc and a small charcuterie board and a birthday card very thoughtful and kind
Disliked: Parking was $54 a night kind of pricey

Liked: I love the proximity of the hotel. Its right near everything and the view was amazing. The staff was definilty on point.
Disliked: That i couldn't stay longer.

Liked: We were given a very warm welcome by Beverley on reception on our arrival. Ben the valet also was very nice and helpful. Good size rooms and good location
Disliked: Room service wasn’t available due to low occupation which was disappointing
