Needs to improve housekeeping

Liked: The location is very good. WiFi was good, and some staff member very nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping service is very bad. You never know what time they will come to your room. Some days they went around 4pm, even later. They do not refill anything, it is really not a good service. On beach- makes no sense to charge for the umbrela. We pay a good resort fee, umbrella should be included. Breakfast is good at the hotel, but even if you chose a rate with breakfast included, you must pay for the third guest. “Included” is just for 2 persons, even if you book for three.What makes me reconsider booking again is the bad housekeeping service.

Disliked: Pool was unusable. Too crowded. The whole resort was crowded.

Disliked: Charged me for breakfast for the third person when my booking was breakfast inclusive for 3 persons.

Liked: The best location with a really good breakfast spread. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they upgraded us to the partial ocean view room on the 18th floor which had some really good views. Definitely going to be back to this hotel soon.
