Pleasant stay!

Liked: The atmosphere and views were absolutely stunning. Our room was impeccably clean—one of the few hotel stays where the carpet truly felt deep-cleaned and well-maintained. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, we slept well.The gym was another highlight, featuring a wide range of equipment that was well-organized, spotless, and fully stocked; perfect for a solid workout routine.The hotel is situated in a great location, close to excellent restaurants and local attractions. Convenient parking is available in the adjacent lot, which is secure and requires a room key card for entry and exit; an added touch of safety and convenience.
Disliked: Our recent stay didn’t quite match the flawless experience we had previously. While the hotel remains beautiful and well-maintained, the service this time felt inconsistent—more touch-and-go than the immaculate standard we enjoyed before. A bit more consistency would have elevated the overall experience.During our visit to the pool and jacuzzi area, our attempt to relax was disrupted by children playing rather wildly, resulting in frequent splashing. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault—kids will be kids—it did slightly detract from our enjoyment.The bar area is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, it was consistently full, and we were unable to find seating throughout our stay, so we weren’t able to take advantage of it.As for parking, be aware that street parking can be a challenge. The onsite lot fills up quickly, and several spots are designated for compact cars, which may not accommodate all vehicles easily.That said, none of these minor issues take away from the fact that this is a wonderful hotel. With a few adjustments, it could truly be perfection.

Liked: It was spacious and clean. The view was spectacular.
Disliked: Having to tap my room key to be able to get to my floor. It wasn't as simple of a task as it sounds and there were a few people I witnessed struggle with it too.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful! We were upgraded to the 24th floor with a wonderful view. The room was so quiet. We didn’t hear anyone in the hallway the entire time. Great nights sleep. So close to the Power and Light District.

Superb

A truly great hotel

Liked: It was a pleasant surprise to stay in Lowes for a few days. We all know how shabby a so-called 4-star hotel in the downtown of a historical US city can be. Tiny rooms, flimsy plastic cups, barely any facilities in the room or in the hotel, better-than-nothing gym, and etc. Loews has exactly the opposite. In many ways it exceeded my expectation of a 4-star hotel. Highly recommended.
