Very good

Liked: Free airport shuttle. Location is good with multiple dinning options. Room is spacious. The bathroom is nice.
Disliked: The shuttle bus pick up location at the airport is not very clearly marked. And it was a pretty significant wait.

Do not stay here.

Liked: Location to O’Hare was fine
Disliked: Dirty. Old room. Rude late night check in staff. Uncomfortable bed. Worn carpet. Far too expensive for the horrible condition of the room.

Good place for a park...

Liked: The valet Luis was an awesome host. It's quiet which was surprising with O'Hare airport close by. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: Check in they could not find my reservation through booking.com. Then I was assigned to a non existent room

Disappointing

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: Extra fee for parking $44. Was never mentioned when I booked it. $159 room turned into $225 for no reason. Would not stay there again. The price should be the price.

Loved it!

Liked: Very quiet, very clean and confortable space. I simply loved my room. Great restaurants attached to the hotel and walking distance to the Chicago Fashion Outlet Mall
