I will definitely visit this...
Liked: The bedding was amazing! Staff very professional and friendly. Spa was amazing! Massage with ?Uri? memorable.
Property was above my expectations. Stayed at Loews in Miami a few years ago and it did not compare to the Atlanta location.
Disliked: Shower tile floors (where wall meets floor) could be cleaner. Front desk was unable to add the $25 credit to my spa visit at the time of check-out as I forgot to present it at the time of my massage. I left early the next day before the spa opened.

Liked: The staff was very polite and the texting service for questions and answers were a great tool. The telephone didn't seem to work, but the texting made up for it. Check out time was perfect and the staff coming and going was amazing. Everyone I text was polite, everyone I spoke to had a good attitude, it made our stay something we may do again. Staff GREAT DONALD, REGINALD, DAMINI (?), TERESA. #getlowelifestyle
Disliked: OMG, really..... You charge for use of the fridge. That's some serious penny pitching. With everything else you have going good for your business why mess it up with something as petty and cheap as fridge usage. That's like charging for cellphone service by the minute...

Hotel did not live up...
Liked: The staff in the Hotel store were very helpful & friendly. The room and bathroom was standard.
Disliked: At check in, I requested 3 things, a high level floor with a good view of the city and a late checkout. The gentleman confirmed he had booked me all 3 items. Except what I actually got was a very low level floor looking out over the parking lot and street which was very noisy. I had to battle to change my room but eventually I did get moved. Then the next morning I called to see what the time was for late check-out, only to discover he had not booked this either. Again I had to battle to get one. The lady who eventually helped me was very pleasant but the gentleman who booked me in needs to learn how to do his job and the man on concierge needs to learn some customer service skills and how to speak to guests as he was exceptionally rude. The walls are also very thin, I could hear everything in the next room and corridors.

Disliked: The valet supervisor ask the guy that brought our car around did we tip him!!!! I heard him asked.... we know to tip people gosh!!!!!

I have mixed feelings. Not...
Liked: Staff seemed nice. Cordial. Excellent Old Fashioned cocktail. Top on my list!
Disliked: The room was smelly. Upon walking in for the first time it can be likened to a locker room. Was NOT happy about that. The phone either didn?t work or is unlike any other landlines Had to use my mobile to reach the front desk.
