Liked: Room was ok
Disliked: Ability to get into our room, key card didn’t work and had to get maintenance to open our door every time.

Disliked: No breakfast as quoted. They ran out of all food.

Liked: Riverview and balcony was a bonus.Great location generally and excellent value for money.Everything worked fine - although facilities seemed a little old and in need of a makeover..
Disliked: Facilities generally old and faded, but excellent value..No instruction for early checkout.Reception/office was not open before 7am.

Liked: The front desk staff were very pleasant
Disliked: I reserved two rooms with two queen beds in each. When we arrived, we found one queen bed and a futon in each room. The rooms were filthy. The doors did not have locks either. We were not able to actually stay there and checked out immediately.

Total disaster, never again.

Liked: Coffee in lobby was good.
Disliked: Musty Oder upon arrival. No sheets on bed. Took next day to get them. No garbage can. TV kept pausing. A/C loud and temp wouldn’t regulate. No ice, tried to purchase, they were out. Shower pressure weak. Couldn’t get towel replacement, even after tipping maid who made the bed the next day. Front desk checking in, couldn’t be any slower, luckily there were only 3 people in line. Sounds like I’m embellishing, I swear I’m am not in the least. Not even a tiny bit.
