Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience...

Disliked: Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs!I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at this hotel. Despite the official check-in time being 3 PM, we were not given a room key until 11 PM – an outrageous delay. I was traveling with elderly parents and small children, and we were all left waiting outside in the heat for hours with no explanation or proper communication from the staff.When we finally got into the room, it was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic essentials. There were no blankets, no bedsheets, no microwave, no soap, no shampoo – absolutely nothing you'd expect from even a budget stay. The staff were rude and dismissive, showing zero empathy or professionalism.This place is not suitable for families, not worth the money, and frankly should be avoided by anyone looking for even the bare minimum in comfort and service. This was a completely stressful and unacceptable experience, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Disliked: The receptionist was awful almost like they’re running a scam. The rooms were filthy no remote for TV. The sheets were stained with blood floors were nasty sticky. It was just not a good place to stay.

Worst experience ever.

Liked: Only thing good about it was how close to the river it was
Disliked: Room I had didn't have a tv. Apparently it was stolen. The said they would get me one. After 3 days it never happened. When I checked out I asked for a copy of the deposit agreement stating I didn't have a TV. I think the lady's name was Donna and she refused to give it to me unless I signed a paper stating I was ok with not having a TV. Was just trying to make sure I was r charged for it. I refused to do so, which led to an argument in the lobby. Also one of the employees had there dog tied up outside for about 8 hours in 110+ degree weather. Iv stayed at 3-4 dozen hotels/motels in my life and this one is the worst. Save your money an just spend the extra 50-100 dollars for a better place.

Disliked: Long waits, Take deposits super easily. I cleaned the room and still don't have my deposit.

Liked: I booked a room.thru a 3rd party online a d I call the property to ask if they got the booking, this was on a Saturday day before father's day 2025, I called them they said I didn't ha e any reservations I told them I ha e the reservation number they said it's not it and there's no booking under my name ,so I didn't go to the property,and then 2 days later the cost of the room was pending on my credit card ,so I called the property they jerk me around told me bs stories and said we don't give refunds, so my question is if I never had a reservation from them ,then why in he'll did they take my payment from my card. Never e er would I recommend them.to any one strait crooks.
