Nice location and overall nice...

Liked: Location. View of the lake. Indoor/outdoor pool.
Disliked: Fluctuating shower temperature. Dirty ice from ice maker.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Our shower didn’t work, it changed temperature the entire time you were in it going from scalding hot to freezing cold. Maintenance said they couldn’t fix it and we weren’t able to switch rooms due to capacity. It also wasn’t very clean, there was mold in our shower. And one of our windows was open when we checked in but the blinds covered it so we didn’t realize it until the next morning when a very loud vehicle started up outside of our room and woke us up.

Liked: The beds were very uncomfortable. The room appeared clean but the carpets were filthy and no one vacuumed adequately. The carpets in the halls were dirty and the entire resort just looks run down and in need of renovation. Not worth the money.
Disliked: The pool was nice.

Disliked: the photos of room didn’t live up to them , shower was almost impossible to use. So outdated not worth the money

Liked: Super comfortable bed! Amazing hot tub and pool. Lots of towels and clean. Amazing tub in bathroom I wasn’t expecting.
Disliked: There was duct tape to fix our door to balcony. Some things looked like need a facelift and update. Like carpet in halls, areas on walls, pool.

Disliked: The hot tub is our favorite part of this property and it was closed and were not notified
