Incredibly disappointed.

Liked: Staff overall was great. My request to share my experience regarding blood on my bedding was met with “He’s on the phone and not available.” I responded with I can wait. Which was met with “how long are you willing to wait?” The manager never came out to meet with me.
Disliked: The response from the front desk and the shield they put up to stop me from talking directly to the manager. After discovering a large amount of fresh blood (see photo)in my bed the hotel did nothing for our inconvenience. This was a wet, golf ball sized stain. So disturbing. No apology, no discount. ZERO. On top of this, I’m a loyal customer who stays at minimum a couple times a month. It feels like a kick in the teeth.

The hotel was like a...

Liked: It was near Title Town and across the street from Lambeau Field. Lots of activities near by and food choices. Beautifully decorated. There was a pool. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Lovely outdoor patio. Hallways were quiet and clean. Someone kept putting diapers in the garbage can by the ice machine and microwave in the cabinet with the disposable flatware. It smelled SO BAD. Most of the staff was kind. The hotel was well kept, maintained, and clean. They offered kick boards and pool noodles for the guests at the pool. The pool furniture was lovely.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to accomodate 4 people. I didn't feel it did, comfortably, in regards to sleeping. Beds were tiny. I was more concerned with not falling off the bed instead of actually sleeping. Poor selection or no vegan options available. Prices at the spa were more than expected when we looked at the menu. When we walked into our room for the first time, it had crumbs on the floor, crusty stuff on the decorative sash on the bed, and wads of hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to the listing it made it seem as though breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was not. The cafe was priced about double what everything should have been. I didn't feel the price we paid was reflected in what we recieved other than location, kindness from staff, and decor.

Liked: Great bathroom shower and vessel sinks.
Disliked: Dirty vent in bathroom. Was almost completely closed. $23 for a small spinach salad with 4 of the most overcooked shrimp I have ever had. Already had sent salad back once when asked for no feta cheese. So just ate salad. Runny lukewarm over easy eggs at first floor restaurant for breakfast and lukewarm croissant scrambled eggs and tough bacon. Wish we had left no tip though not persons fault who took order. Hotel was great wish I could say same for restaurants.
