A most welcoming stay on...

Liked: despite arriving a little later than planned, i was greeted by Carol at the door and made welcome.Carol could see i was very tired after a 315 mile journey and offered to bring me some food to save going out to find food so late. This was really appreciated.The room provided a glorious vista across open field and a rather spectacular sunset.the breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: I was lucky that i was the only guest in the part of the facility where my room was and had sole use of the bathroom else this could have been an issue if waiting for around four other guests to finish using the bathroom before getting the chance to complete morning ablutions.Th wifi was an easy log in but the phone signal, despite trying to use wifi, was poor.

A very comfortable stay, in...

Liked: Carol the host was really lovely. She greeted us at the door and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The room was beautiful with great bathroom (en-suite). The bed was very comfortable. We like medium- hard mattress as this was, The views were beautiful. I wish we had booked the breakfast which smelt amazing!! I would recommend a longer stay. We only stayed 1 night. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!
Disliked: Only stayed 1 night. So no negitives. Wished it was longer.

Nice, not great facilities.

Liked: Out in the country
Disliked: Difficult to find due to poor reception area. The cab that came to pick us up couldn’t find us due to the poor reception & signage & we were late for a 60th party. Shared bathroom had a bath but just a hand-held shower with the lighting circuit a bit dodgy. Carpet in the room was old & kept sliding around, bit of a trip hazard. Shame as it could have been so much more as it had lovely grounds.

Cosy and charming BnB

Liked: Lovely cosy BnB with charming hosts. Very much enjoyed the big comfy bed, the bathtub and the English breakfast (got a veggie version - very much appriciated!)

Some problems but adequate.

Liked: Cleanliness apart from couple of flies. Breakfast good.
Disliked: We could not gain access, email asked to ring when got to the 5 bar gate, in an area with a poor signal so we were unable to get through to the house for 10-15 minutes. No other means of access without keycode.

Lovely, cosy, quiet.

A luxurious peaceful place

Liked: A truly magnificent bedroom. The description does not do it justice. Massive comfy bed. Very high quality linen. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely views. Such a peaceful place. Very relaxing. The owners are super friendly, flexible and welcoming. Can't wait to return.
Disliked: A minor point but the toiletries and water bottles could be more eco friendly ie not plastic. But the friendliness of the owners make up for it!

Wonderful place and hosts. Escapism...

Liked: Having a sofa bed and a separate bedroom re snoring
Disliked: Toilet seat bit broken
