Picturesque Upscale Hotel with Generally...

Liked: The hotel was stylish with a beautiful location on Whitefish Lake. The pool, marina, and small beach made good use of the hotel's private shoreline. There were additional pools and hot tubs as well as a private nature trail, but we did not have a chance to explore them. The food and service at both the main and poolside restaurants were generally good as well.
Disliked: Food service was spotty. In the main restaurant, 2 of the 3 meals included good service. One breakfast had poor service, with very long waits and incorrect orders. At the poolside restaurant, most of our orders came out quickly, but it appeared they were overstaffed with junior employees who weren't trained or allowed to take drink orders - leaving the whole pool to one experienced but overstretched server. This resulted in long wait times, and some workaround trips to order directly from the bar.

Family Fun

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to Whitefish and Glacier National Park. Beds were very comfy and great access to lake with boats.
Disliked: Nothing

Road Trip of a Lifetime

Liked: We loved the location to multiple hiking trails, gondola ride, downtown shopping and restaurants, and really enjoyed the lake access right outside the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

It was a wonderful stay.

Liked: Great room location overlooking pool and lake. Comfortable bed. Great facilities. Good restaurant (although very expensive).
Disliked: Nothing!

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, loved the lake.
Disliked: Room was not clean, found another hotel guests debit card and cheerios on the floor. Hotel seemed to boast family friendly but then did not have kids bikes available with the adult bikes. Booking.com stated free cribs but then hotel wanted to charge $40 extra a night.
