Very nice hotel, lovely rooms...

Liked: Im.not a fan of the continental breakfast, that said what was on offer was adequate.

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be continental I don’t think cereal yogurt and tea and toast and jam continental . payment for car parking was not stated when booking. Carpets in room and corridor soiled . Sink plug not working lamp not fixed just hanging on live cable was fixed that day when I complained.

Liked: Good condition, nice pub next door for meals and continental breakfast.Not much choice with the breakfast but it was fine enough for the price I paid.Staff were great.

Over all enjoyable stay, with...

Liked: Rooms were great!
Disliked: We were separated as a family.Check-in - key cards didn’t work to get into the building - had to re-queue to get them sorted.Had to delay taxis booked to get to event.Milk sachets & replacement milk sachets had curdled- were offered complimentary drinks as a good will gesture for inconvenience, which was nice.

Would recommend this place and...

Liked: It was a little bit different from your average roadside motels. Extremely quiet rooms. Interior decor was tastefully done. The shower was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets very soft(I’m a fan of soft sheets
Disliked: The carpet in the hallway needs a good clean because it has some stains on it and a bit of the carpet in our room had a bad stain on it. I had booked a twin room and when we arrived we were given a room with a small double bed. I spoke to someone on reception who asked if I would be happy with her making up the sofa bed into a bed but this would have taken up most of the floor space. I explained that I had booked two single beds and had expected that so was then given a change of room. I don’t think I should have had to stand my ground before being offered what I had originally booked but it worked out in the end and we were very happy with our accommodation. Would definitely book again.

Liked: It looked very presentable from the outside
Disliked: We had no TV remote control and there was lots of stains on the carpet and the kettle boiled but did not turn off so he thought this was a little dangerous.

Comfortable, modern room and pleasant...

Liked: Bathroom was nice and walk in showerBed and pillows were comfortable Modern room Air conditioning was great as it was very hot
Disliked: Very messy corridors, bottles, glasses, litter, pillowcase? Left by doors and on floors and windowsills Mugs were dirty in the room It was quite loud and late which didn’t really bother us but if we had our kids as we usually would, I didn’t really get a family friendly vibe
