Lovely stay and food

Liked: That it had a balcony and air con was cool enough
Disliked: The bed was a bit too small

Brilliant only 1 gripe but...

Liked: Spacious room easy to relax
Disliked: Went to the hotel for a cooked breakfast, only the sausages were hot the rest was lukewarm and the toast came out cold as well

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: I was able to request a twin bedded room as I was travelling with my elderly mother.Good breakfast.
Disliked: Although the beds were made up separately, they hadn't been split into separate beds. The shower was lovely and powerful but the water didn't drain away quickly enough to stop it overflowing. I reported it to reception in the morning, so hoping it will be fixed now.

A good stay generally

Liked: I am disabled and staff were very kind and delivered my breakfast to my room
Disliked: It needs refurbishing as the carpets have stains and looking threadbare. It all looks a bit sad.Also I had a disabled room and bathroom was great except for a very low toilet which was not good for disabled guests

Liked: Location
Disliked: Not very clean, paid for breakfast but then was told it was only continental & if we wanted a cook one it would be an extra cost

A great stay

Liked: Some staff were exceptional and very helpful, rooms a great size with excellent facilities.
Disliked: Some staff not as helpful as others, rooms could use a little refresh (shower tiles for example).

Very decent stay will be...

Liked: Really nice room with nice shower and bathroom. Clean hotel with very good Air Conditioning. Rooms cleaned daily. Fantastic lights in the room too make you feel very comfortable.

Excellent

Liked: An excellent stop over whether catching the ferry or returning home from a late night ferry crossing
Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like the staff were excellent
