Disliked: Being locked out of building and having to go to reception in another building to get in. Phone on wall did not respond.

Issues with cleanliness and cleaning

Liked: We stayed for a week due to appointments at a nearby hospital. Easy walking distance.The bed was comfy
Disliked: When we arrived, we found a jelly baby sweet and dried 2 contact lenses on the floor. To have the room cleaned, you had to phone before 10am. The phone in our room didn’t work. The hotel doesn’t have its own reception so we had to go to the Aztec hotel’s reception to ask for the room to be cleaned. The receptionist apologies and said the room would be cleaned. It was not cleaned.The following day, we used a phone in the corridor to request the room be cleaned. It is ridiculous to have to do this each day we wanted the room cleaned / fresh towels / bin emptied.Cleaning staff helpful (once they were booked in) but hotel staff non-existent (Aztec hotel staff not helpful regarding cleaning issues).
