Liked: Staff very polite and well presented. Easy to access rooms, lift provided. Room very clean. Bed was comfortable, everything we needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of parking. Easy booking process and overall VFM. Would certainly use again.
Disliked: Reception pitifully understaffed, needs three at least, queue to book in and uncontactable by phone from room or outside. In room, towel rail only worked with room radiator on. Shower temperature fluctuated hot/cold. Could be more on complimentary tray (especially sugar/sweetener and milk). 'Rubber' shower mats readily available (tried reception - engaged all the time). Black Sheep included breakfast is Buffet, not Continental! Needs three staff and could benefit from toast included plus more than one hot drink.

Liked: I liked the area which was quiet.
Disliked: the room was dirty full of dust on the curtain, on the desk, on the bed, mold inside the shower, water falling out of the shower, the toilet that every time we used it we always thought we were going to fall because it moved. the water boiler was full of limescale and when I put the water in to make coffee pieces of limescale fell out.
