Disliked: No hot water / shower for two mornings and no offer of any sort of refund

Liked: The connection between the pub and separate room block. Quite unique. Food and drink good in the pub. Parking excellent.

Brilliant! Friendly staff and amazing...

Liked: Very tasty and fresh food! Both for evening meal and breakfast. The hotel also doesnt use those plastic milk pots for your teas and coffees but instead provide you with a glass jar to fill up using the chilled fresh milk dispenser. Love their sustainability efforts too!
Disliked: The bathroom in our room we felt was abit dated and in need of some tlc. However, it was clean and tidy and is only thing we didnt like. We loved everything else.

Liked: We was booked in the lodge but stayed in the Aztec . We have stayed in the lodge before it was very nice . In the Aztec still very nice but bathroom needed a bit updating shower knob was grubby, no milk for tea or coffee , just one sugar, tissue box empty . I know these are little things , but it’s the little things that make the difference . Apart from that love both hotels and will be booking again on my way to Cornwall
