Superb

Excellent value & well appointed...

Liked: This was an excellent location between the M1 & A1(M), so very easy to access if touring the many attractions in this area. The room was very good; clean, well equipped & had air-con which was a blessing as it was a bit hot! Bed was comfortable & the room had everything you'd expect. Staff were friendly & helpful. The adjoining pub had a good range of food & drink, although I didn't actually go there for a meal/drinks. Also had plenty of free parking which was a bonus & the price was incredible for the quality of the room. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
Disliked: Nothing - it was great. I can't think of anything that could be better offhand.

Good location, not fit for...

Disliked: Noisiest hotel I have ever been in , I would suggest they use proper building materials, people weren't noisy but the floors above only had to walk , hence 2 nights no sleep to speak ofTried to have breakfast the 1st morning , no staff attended or were visible, got fed up waiting

Disliked: Road noise for most of the night Lack of instruction where to check inBreakfast took a long time to serve and no instructions how to go about ordering.

Generally OK but expensive compared...

Liked: The room was in the budget hotel style and was fine - shower work good, room clean etc. Restaurant was fine for an evening meal but see cons as well. The buildings were in a good state of decoration.
Disliked: I did not have breakfast as it seemed pricy for a menu that had strict quantity limits on it such as only 1 piece of toast or 1 No crossient. For cost of stay, most expensive of the week, the overall value goes down a lot and even worse when you add in breakfast.
