I would stay here again,...

Liked: This is a gem of a place. Lovely room, a nice guest lounge with a variety of books and games, a piano for those who can play. The breakfast was brilliant, the service was very good, I was made to feel very welcome. I would recommend this B&B to anyone thinking of going to Ayr. It is near the centre, it is also near the lovely seafront, a short walk takes you there, where the views of Arran are fabulous.

Liked: The house, especially inside is impressive and grande. The room was comfy and quiet, and the breakfast was Fantastic, both the full cooked breakfast as well as the selection of cereals and preserves.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind, i was entirely satisfied.

Lovely stay in Ayr

Liked: We were made to feel very welcome and a number of gluten free breakfast options were provided for me. I especially appreciated the fresh gluten free pancakes, they were delicious. Also a lovely view of blossom on the trees in the street from our window.
Disliked: The bed was a little soft but that is a personal preference.

The room and breakfast felt...

Liked: i was in Ayr for a wedding and the room was perfect for my visit and the breakfast was fantastic. The room and breakfast room felt like a big hug which was ideal for my visit. The staff were also very accommodating in giving me access to the room as i arrived earlier than anticipated
