Extremely quiet, no traffic

Liked: Liked location very much, iddylic and scenery was stunning. Must book at local place for evening meal otherwise you will not find anywhere else local too this location. There is a local club where you can get a beer near the dock where the boats travel to Isle Of Mull.

Relaxing stay in a quiet...

Liked: It was amazing little gem of a property , owned by a lovely family . The lady has such a sunny personality she’s great , made us feel very welcome . The hotel is so near to the ferry port of lochaline and is walkable. Beds comfortable with a great en-suite and very powerful shower . Evening meal was lovely made fresh by the owners along with drinks . Breakfast is a good choice and homemade berry compote was delicious . Photos are the view from the front of the property

Fabulous setting, wonderful hosts

Liked: The setting was wonderful. The room was lovely. A very comfortable bed. Shayly could not have done more to welcome us. Breakfast was excellent. Very convenient for the ferry to Mull. We can't recommend it enough.
Disliked: Just one thing, well beyond the control of our hosts, was the midges. Something you have to expect at a waterside location in western Scotland at this time of year. It will not stop us coming back and staying here next time we are heading for Mull.
