Liked: view excellent along with a comfy family room that suited our needs perfectly the staff from check in breakfast restaurant to check out were some of the best ive had for a very long time helpful and friendlystarting to look a bit dated generally but we were out most of the day some nice little touches in the room
Disliked: the artist in reception is an off put pictures are the standard of a 12 year old awful it is crammed tight with pictures i was itching to chuck the lot in a skip what a mess not even nicely presented far too many of them do we not have scottish talent up there what an embarassment makes us look baddisabled lift was appreciated but could have done with a spruce up

Liked: Overall it was clean, tidy & well maintained
Disliked: Walls are paper thin & it’s right next to a very busy road so it’s quite noisy at night and early morningAlso it’s quite isolated so a car is essential, the buses are too infrequent - one every few hours - and taxi’s are expensive & time consuming

Liked: The view was very good, and there was good parking availability
Disliked: The location suffers from a busy road and coach tours that arrive to take trips on the loch.

Liked: Was nice and quiet, clean. Found was good
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't served very early and I had to leave just after 7am, no staff anywhere and I had paid for breakfast. Left my key in the door of the room as explained to me but was quite surprised there was no one around at that time.

Liked: Location was fabulous. Beautiful views of Loch Ness. Meals were fabulous and staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Entering into property was quite dangerous as road very busy.
