A hotel I had always...

Liked: we had booked a 3 day stay. Great location. Hotel clean and comfortable
Disliked: Our rooms were not serviced once. Surly waiter - unfriendly. Hotel ran out of bottled lager second evening [ there was only one choice - bottled Tennent's ] . Menu limited and food not great. Won't be coming back

Stunning location

Liked: Amazing location. Comfy room with great views of the Loch. Staff helpful and very hard working. Ideal for our small dog plenty of walks closeby. The food was exceptionally good.

A beautiful place with lively...

Liked: Staff worked so hard and always provided us with anything we asked for but the room was never serviced in the 3 nights we stayed. Extra cartons of milk and tea were provided but we had to ask for them . Staff were so kind and worked so hard. They seemed to be working 24 hours a day but I gather that was because one staff member had broken a leg .
Disliked: Bedroom not serviced whilst we were there due to staff shortage.
