Very good

Liked: Wonderful location by the lake. Superb staff - the service was really great. Good wifi. Good breakfast and the food in the restaurant was quite nice too.
Disliked: The room (single) was really really tiny, just large enough to fit the bed. The description on booking should be amended, it said there is a desk in the room, but there was none (in fact, there was no room for it).

Appalling, we'll never stay there...

Liked: The location and the staff, it is only these that made our stay bearable
Disliked: The shit single tiny box room that I paid £155 a night for, the crumpled bed linen, the dirty carpet and toilet, the broken lampshade, no record of a double room been booked for my father, the cobwebs on stairs and in doorways, I could go on but I havnt got all day to list everything, it is not the staffs fault they were trying their best to run this place considering there were only 5 of them! The owner should be ashamed of himself treating his staff like this and allowing this beautiful old building to crumble and look shabby, he'll make his money and close the door, save your money people keep away from this place

Liked: Fantastic location with good service. Donald the Manager was very attentive and worked extremely hard.
