A hidden gem! Amazing staff!

Liked: Incredible staff. Felt like royalty staying here. Assumed this was a mediocre stay and was completely overwhelmed by lovely refurbishment with stunning loch side view, staff that went above and beyond and were hugely passionate about their beautiful boutiquey hotel, and ate some of the finest food I've ever had in a hotel. 20 out of 10!
Disliked: Water pressure needs addressing but the new management have it on their radar. It didn't overshadow the amazing stay.

Liked: Gorgeous location with the view on the loch. Wonderful staff. Loved the fireplace. Great launchpad to explore the surrounding coast area. The new management is clearly excited and driven to make the place even more special.
