The room not worth the...

Liked: Location and breakfast fine. It was the beds and the room we were given. Right next to staff quarters the room was smaller than other rooms, the heat in the hotel at night would pass you out. The toilet seat was stained. Beds and pillows not comfortable and the actual room being small was not good either.
Disliked: The beds pillows and room could have been better

Liked: Excellent range of quality foods in the buffet area with outstanding meal options on the cooked breakfast menu
Disliked: Dinner menu was disappointing in that the options were not as anticipated.Our preferred option would have been linguistines but there was none available in the hotel.Consequently we had dinner on the 1st night only

A perfect stay in Scotland,...

Liked: Beautiful property, surroundings, spa and restaurant.
Disliked: The one only slight downside if I think hard was maybe there could more seating around the pool. Otherwise the place is pretty perfect!

Relaxing stay

Liked: The traditional Scottish vibe. The Spa facilities, especially the outdoor experience. The friendly staff.
Disliked: The beautiful loch views from the pool/jacuzzi ruined by 4 parking spaces at the window.

Disliked: For a 4 star it seemed to lack a lot of basic facilities especially considering the price.
