Excellent one night stay but...

Liked: I like how the property had a lovely homely feel to it and was nice and relaxing with lots of places to chill
Disliked: I felt the staff were unwilling to accommodate any request, I asked for specific drink as it was my birthday but they advised they would only make drinks from the list despite having all the ingredients. The tv in our room also didn’t work so felt we didn’t get to relax in our room as much as I’d have liked

Liked: Not value for money. Menu poor and totally overpriced so did not have evening meal. Breakfast nice. Drinks at bar wey overpriced. Also had issues with sinks and shower
Disliked: Pricing for menu and particularly. Drinks way too high.

Liked: Spa facilities were fantastic. They have everything from hot tub sauna steam room and salt therapy. Great massage also. Food was good
Disliked: The drinks were overpriced, service charge on every order was very off putting.

Lovely but insanely expensive.

Disliked: Incredibly expensive. We went to the bar for drinks and were charged a service fee. Booking . Com also said you could get dinner for £30 per person. This is wildly inaccurate and booking.com should think about their wording on this subject.
