Liked: The room size
Disliked: It was very outdated. There was no restaurant, bar or lounge and given the price I expected more. There is a CAD 250 extra charge taken upon arrival to cover damage to the room! It is refundable but does not give a good impression of the calibre of guest they expect to receive. I will not be returning or recommending

Disliked: The washing machine in the laundry was not effective at rinsing

OK but instantly forgetable

Liked: Location was good. I went for a trail run and climbed directly onto trails to the back of the hotel. Possibly a good choice for coach parties. Easy walking access to Jasper
Disliked: Mattress on the bed was saggy. We requested a quiet room and were given a room that was directly adjacent to main reception. Every guest would need to pass right outside our door. To be fair, on request we were given a different room on the third floor. But why wasn't our initial request on booking heeded. Hotel lacks atmosphere or anything apart from being convenient
