comfortable but expected more for...

Liked: breakfast OK but not outstanding
Disliked: complimentary water and biscuits only on arrival.Would have expected that on a daily basis for the rates you are charging

Superb

Liked: Great breakfast, amazing bread. Nice to have the option of a bath. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Parking was a bit tight. Nobody on reception when we arrived. Woman on checkout barely got up from her breakfast too take out key.

Relaxing and a real treat.

Liked: Beautiful room, enchanting garden, fantastic food, restaurant staff very helpful. Close to some gorgeous walks. The bed was really comfortable and we were left plenty of refreshments in our room, which we appreciated.
Disliked: The bathroom was really lovely but, like so many, the shower could benefit from a refreshing of the grout. A small thing but an unnecessary detraction from an otherwise beautiful and thoughtfully presented place

Absolutely lovely, I highly recommend...

Disliked: Parking.
