Liked: Clean rooms, nice location, friendly staff
Disliked: My digital room key was linked to my mobile. I couldn't leave my room without my mobile, not even to go to the toilet.Not a con per se, but I personally didn't like it.

A totally wastage of money...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was wastage of money. It was written on the ad that it was double bed room. But they gave us a bunk bed. That wasn't comfortable. Our vocation got messed up.

Liked: Good location though you will have to find your own parking, either on road or in the nearby church (paid). Mobile phone based key system requires getting used,frustrating to wait for the reader to recognize. Phone switched off, your are effectively locked out. Building is old, could hear the wooden floor creaking noise loudly when there's movement in the upper floors. Not exactly value for money, but I did book in the last minute for Saturday night stay, so paid a premium. The system is set up to reduce the human intervention to the minimum, one staff helped during check in and he was nice and helpful. I guess that was the only staff.

If you want just a...

Liked: The room was clean. For a double private room (Bunk beds) there was not much room, I think with two people it would have been very crowded. They have a non key policy, you are meant to do everything on your phone. This did not work. In the end, they gave me a key card. Light in bathroom was "On the list" to repair. Not many cooking facilities.
Disliked: The non key policy and the fact that you book in online, but even this does not work very well, the option to take a photo of your ID did not work. I had to shut down the booking page, take a photo of my ID to upload, then start all over again
