Living Water Resort & Spa

Liked: This property is on the water and the rooms all have beautiful views of water or lush greens even early spring. The location is quiet and not far from the bustle of the Blue Mountain village. The staff was extremely friendly in true Canadian style like before lockdowns
Disliked: The only negative was accessing our fabulous room. It was in the new building. There wasn't direct access from the front reception. Could be tricky if you had a lot of luggage to access the 5.6th floor.

Liked: I like the rooms, the staff are always so kind and helpful, I also like how the spa and restaurant are on site so you can just enjoy and relax without having to leave
Disliked: I was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance as this is one of the reasons why I stay there, but I do understand it has to happen and I’m happy they do the necessary repairs

A good and pleasant first...

Liked: The ambience and concept was good. Service response is also quite good. Room Rate was affordable.The Spa massage and hydro therapy was near excellent !! the best part of the stay.
Disliked: The bed was too low for us. The jets in the in-house jacuzzi were not working when we needed it (turned out that the breaker was off). Evidence that there was some work-in-progress at the timeA concern/observation: need to review Fire escape Exits in case it's needed

Liked: We didn’t like very late notice that the resort heated indoor pool was going go be closed for maintenance through our stay! The resort, to its credit, granted us compensafion by upgrading us to a lakeside room and accommodating our requesf for early check-in.
