Exceptional

Very good location , comfy...

Liked: The location was great, next to the metro station, bust stops and walking distance from the city center. The room was spacious, with a nice desk to work if you wanted. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: It was noisy from the outside and the hotel is in a bit of an older building so you can feel that it is not extremely modern (i had keys for the room and not a card)

Short break to Berlin to...

Liked: Location was great. Having 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette was ideal.
Disliked: The small bedroom was a little dark.

Not perfect, but still worth...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Hotel interior is well-maintained even though it appears somewhat dated.
Disliked: We found two beds pushed together instead of double bed. Our shower leaked water into the rest of the bathroom.

Don't expect a true 4-star...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and close to everything, which makes it a great choice for tourists.
Disliked: The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion, it definitely doesn't live up to that rating. We expected the level of service that comes with four stars, but the experience was disappointing—mainly due to the attitude and professionalism of the staff. We had to complain twice and were given free breakfasts as compensation. We stayed for five nights, and every single day, something went wrong. It even became a bit of a joke—we found ourselves laughing because every morning, as we left the hotel, there was always something new to complain about, even though we gave up complaining again because it just became absurd.

Nice hotel with lots of...

Liked: The hotel is on one of the canals leading to one of the rivers with 4 really good restaurant’s on its banks. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were a very good size for European hotels. They give you 2 waters and 2 beers in the refrigerators. The sister hotel across the street allows access to their gym, sauna and jacuzzi. They also have a washer and dryer in the basement of both hotels with access for hotel guests. The U-bahn is right on the corner giving guests access to all areas of Berlin and it’s a 5 minute nite walk to the Museum Square. All of these attributes are at a very affordable price. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Liked: It's my second time here and not last , I prefer the room overlooking the spree. however , this one was also very cosy and definitely felt like home.Staff is very accommodatingLook forward to being back

Great price for large rooms,...

Liked: The staff is helpful the rooms are a great size so there is plenty of room for luggage to open. The beds are comfy and they give the guests 2 free bottles of water and beer a day. Since we don’t drink beer, they were kind to give us 4 waters. They have a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use, a big plus. And the U bahn is right across the street. You also have access to a gym and spa at their sister property across the street.
