Good

Noisy hotel but with excellent...

Liked: The staff were fantastic and so helpful, the rooms and other areas of the hotel were clean. Breakfast was great and the staff were really accommodating of a large group.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room 238 was next to the pantry and we were kept awake most of the night by noises coming from there. It was disorientating and scary to be woken up in the middle of the night by loud bangs and squeaks and by the time we had gotten back to sleep more noises occurred. This put a dampener on our stay as we had gotten married the day before and after a long day we were looking forward to a restful sleep.

Pity about the noisy doors

Liked: It is very well situated, the bed was very confortable and the room very spacious.
Disliked: Our room was next to the Pantry and is a room used early in the morning by the staff and the door makes a terrible bang when close so we were woken up early every day. The rest of the doors in the corridor are quite heavy and they all make a very loud noise when they close.

Liked: The room was clean enough good location
Disliked: The receptionist lady blonde hair polish very stern faced and no people skills what so ever extremely rude don’t no why they have her at the reception I have actually seen other bad reviews about her. Also took another £50 of me for deposit when we arrived I don’t no why when I had already paid and wasn’t told about this before arriving

Fabulous stay

Liked: The room was lovely, staff went above and beyond for us. We had a lovely stay
Disliked: The other rooms doors opening and closing sadly is really loud but the hotel can't do much about that

Liked: Good breakfast, friendky staff. Good bar, basicly liked the hotel. Bookede it at a very short novice.
