It was okay but I...

Liked: The casino/hotel was super clean, appeared brand new, and the room was fantastic. I appreciate that there was a refrigerator in the room as well.The proximity to the stadium for the World Cup game was amazing!!
Disliked: The property is super isolated which left a bad taste for me. Absolutely nothing around so you are dependent on the casino/hotel to provide.A lot of the services were not available until 4pm weekdays. The only convenient store inside the hotel did not open until noon. The only place to have breakfast was a wait to have a table and took a long time for food to come out. The shower in a deluxe king room was super small and I had the handicap room. The bathroom was massive but the shower was tight even for an able bodied person I can only imagine for those with a wheelchair or something the tightness to move around. No shelf in the shower to store your own body wash or something. Food court really has nothing in it. There should be a breakfast spot to have an additional place for hotel guests.There are improvements that can be made but certainly services should be expanded if people to truly be comfortable being so isolated from the rest of the city. I walked to the closest shopping area with a grocery store and I was glad I made the trek during the day because the neighborhood doesn’t look the safest.It is 2025 and I have been in plenty of other casinos and I was shocked that smoking was allowed openly. You can smell the smoke as soon as you enter the casino. As much as we know about second hand smoke, the smoking area should be in a closed off area minimally or invest in better ventilation where the smoking is allowed. I am 100% glad I was only there for 1 night fo attend the World Cup game 18 June.
