Disliked: Room wasn’t touched for 2 days even tho I requested for my room to be cleaned

Clean room but way too...

Liked: The room was clean and the location was great. Also, most of the staff was courteous and polite. The restaurant downstairs was convenient with good food.
Disliked: When we first got there, they couldn't locate our reservation and insisted that I was lying to them about having a reservation which was made 2 days prior. They must have told me that I just made the reservation within the last few minutes although I showed them the confirmation email from 2 days prior. Wasted about 30 minutes while they figured it out. Besides the reservation being messed up and given no explanation or apology, the venue was so loud and I will never stay there again. The first night, there was a concert or something going on until 3AM.
