Liked: my stay at the livaway suites was great. I really liked the room. I didn't know that there was a kitchenette in the room. The bed was comfortable and location was perfect for my trip. I would definitely stay here again and if I can find a Livaway suites anywhere else that I go I will certainly order a room.
Disliked: I found nothing wrong with anything. I even liked the 14 days cleaning schedule.

Overall my stay was great!

Liked: Staff was always so friendly and helpful. Facility was always kept clean. Location is perfect!! I love having a regular size fridge, lots of storage, huge bathroom...
Disliked: I did not appreciate the coffee machine not working and when it was finally working, it was only open to everyone during specific hours. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we made it work.

Disliked: We had to check out in the middle of the night, but there was no one Available to check out with and we were not able to successfully check out at the kiosk because it would not recognize that we had a reservation. We tried to contact customer service but ended up leaving a voicemail and just left the keys next to the kiosk.The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or clean since the last guest and the toilet had dried urine stains on it. The beds were not very comfortable either.Apparently this was a long term hotel but I didn’t realize that when I booked.
