Great breakfast, wonderful hosts, basic...
Liked: Lovely location and cosy atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast and hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room we stayed in felt quite cold and we kept banging our head on the door frame between bathroom and bedroom, even though there?s a warning. My husband got quite an injury from it. Not keen on duck feather pillows.

Liked: Stayed 2 nights to attend a family funeral. The welcome we received and the staying experience made a difficult time a lot pleasanter. Thank you. Excellent breakfast, good advice on walks and help with evening meals

Friendly, welcoming and comfortable BnB...
Liked: Excellent location, very peaceful, comfortable and large room, Mike and Sally were very welcoming, fantastic breakfast, reliable WiFi, parking, enjoyed meeting the new puppies, we felt very much at home. Enjoyed meeting the other guests too. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Good Covid-19 arrangements. Very likely to return.
Disliked: Very minor but would have liked more and thicker pillows but we did then find another two pillows in the cupboard. And we didn't realise the radiator valve needed to be turned up to heat the room!

Lovely weekend getaway
Liked: Little Tidebrook Farm is a lovely, cosy stay for anyone who loves walking and being surrounded by stunning countryside. Sally and Mike, the two owners, are really warm and couldn't have made us feel any more at home - they constantly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. They have two gorgeous labradors and two cats who are all super friendly too.
The owners have meticulously adhered to Covid-19 guidelines, including revising their breakfast set-up by placing a plastic shield onto the dining table so guests can eat safely. The property is very clean, with hand sanitiser and disinfectant available in communal areas and in the bedrooms for guests to use.
We stayed in the 'Cream Room', which is really spacious with a charming little en-suite. Our window looked out on to a beautiful view of rolling hills and greenery.
Breakfast was really delicious, with a choice of fruit, cereal and a full English. All the food is locally sourced, either from local suppliers, Sally & Mike's own garden or their friend's! It was all really yummy and the full English is all cooked on their AGA which gives it all a lovely, fresh taste.
The farm is in the perfect location for anyone who loves hiking. There are so many amazing walks nearby, including a circular trail to Mayfield (well worth a visit) and back, and to Bewl Water. I would say you definitely need a car in this area, otherwise you'll end up spending a bit of money on taxis as we did.
Overall, the farm has a really cosy, rustic feel to it and we really enjoyed staying there - we have already recommended it to so many friends.
Disliked: Our only tiny gripe would be that our room was a little chilly, but we can't complain because Sally did warn us it was a little cooler compared to other rooms!

Superb
Liked: My fiancé and I spent 3 nights at the end of August and found it was a perfect spot to drive around High Weald. The hosts were lovely, very careful with social distancing and Covid-19 precautions but making sure we had all we needed at the same time. The breakfast was delicious, with products coming from their own garden or local suppliers.
Highly recommended!
