Disliked: Hotel is starting to show its age. Maggie ( I think) was excellent and really helped my wife when she forgot something at the hotel - kudos to her!! Another person at the front desk was not very friendly and left a bad impression.

Liked: Electric fireplace in room was very cozy, liked the small breakfast, ocean just across the street
Disliked: Our toilet did not work well, but staff reacted quickly and had it fixed on a Friday evening already indicating a plan b to move us to a sister property- so well handled

Liked: The rooms all have fires which was a lovely touch as it was quite chilly when we visited. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. For me it was like sleeping in a big white marshmallow I slept for 11 hours it was so serene.
