Little Sur Inn

Very nice and quiet stay.

Liked: Loved that I was able to just walk across the street to get to the ocean and walk on the boardwalk. Loved that they have fans in the room that you can use (there is no A/C in these rooms, you get the ocean breeze coming through your window for that). Loved a fireplace (that was your heat source). They did have a continental breakfast from 8am - 10am, but I didn't see anything that I wanted to eat. Trying to watch what I eat! So I passed on it. This must be a newish hotel, as it smelled very new and everything was really up to date on the property.
Disliked: I was hoping for an ocean view, but they were doing some work in the rooms that faced the ocean - painting, etc. I had a room that I was able to look out the window and see a bit of the ocean, but it was mostly the parking lot. But like I mentioned, the ocean was right across the street and I just walked down to the beach nightly to see the sunset.

Will return!

Liked: Great interactions with staff. Clean. Breakfast had fruit, yogurt and pastries from Linn’s restaurant. Free EV charging. Quiet. Beach is just across the street.

Really nice boutique hotel

Liked: This is an excellent, small hotel right on the ocean. From the moment of arrival, everyone was super friendly and check-in was smooth. A free huge cookie on arrival was perfect and the room was large with an excellent view. The gas fireplace was a welcome touch and the beds were super comfortable. The continental breakfast the next morning was perfect and just enough for a healthy start to the day. Everything was easy -- just as it should be. We would gladly stay here again.
Disliked: At some point, the rooms could benefit from some renovation and updating, particularly the bathrooms and showers. But this is a very minor point and did not affect our stay at all. Everything was great.

Traveling back home and stopped...

Liked: Wonderful property!! Nicely updated! Room had a fireplace, table & chairs, nice comfy chair with reading light, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great, even the coffee was good. We will definitely be back.
