Liked: What an absolute beautiful stay. They couldn’t accommodate you more and go above me beyond. Jennifer at reception was amazing and helped make our friends birthday special

Liked: Usual choice of fried, but luckily porridge and also yoghurt and fruit and granola! Yum
Disliked: Was very hot and hard to turn rads down, but at least we weren't cold!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff all over the hotel. Nice breakfast and very quiet
Disliked: The heating system was unusually high in the lounge

Great value and comfort

Liked: Everything was better than I expected and was great value for money. There was no dinner available but I was helped with a take away which I could eat in the restaurant with great service provided. Breakfast was also excellent
Disliked: It was winter but the room was very warm and I slept with the window wide open!The only thing which was a bit of a shame was an scruffy porch which did not give the best impression and belied the quality of the hotel
