This hotel was great. After checking out and going to the Riverfest Festival, I realized I had forgotten one of the shirts I had purchased while visiting. I called the hotel and went back there. They went on a search to find my missing shirt. Thank you so much!
Liked: I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere.

Disliked: We paid for the concierge floor and the club for the guests staying on 17th floor was closed for a private event. Feel like guests wanting those amenities and paying extra for them should have at a minimum have been told that they would be unavailable. The restaurant had a limited selection of dining options, better appetizer options would?ve been a lot better.

We would like to visit...
Liked: Conveniently located downtown with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Metro Streetcar was a great way to tour the surrounding area with an added bonus of riding for free. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on visiting Little Rock. We were on the 10th floor and at night, had an amazing view of the Main Street Bridge lights which changed colors.
Disliked: Parking was pretty pricey at $25.00 daily. There were parking meters close to the hotel, but if you are staying for more than a day, that can be expensive as well. However, the Valet Attendants were very courteous.
