Liked: Everything about this B &B was amazing. The room, the food and most of all Anthony and Siobhan who run it couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Liked: Beautiful house, inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, everything had been thought of. Spotlessly clean, tidy and very tastefully decorated and accessorised to a high standard. The owners are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We received a complimentary upgrade to the most beautiful Turret suite! The breakfast was amazing, such a great choice of very well cooked and presented food. Can highly recommend the in room Charcuterie board on arrival - super yummy! We will definitely be back here !!!

Exceptional B&B

Liked: The property is lovely, it is set in well maintained grounds with parking on site. It’s a 10 - 15 minute drive into the centre of Lincoln.The house has been finished to a very high standard and the room was exceptional, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was stunning, modern but with original period features. The attention to detail was unprecedented and we wanted for nothing, everything had been thought of in advance and was there at your finger tips.The choice for breakfast rivalled the fanciest hotels, I have never seen such a list of options, it tasted delicious and was presented very nicely.The owners Siobhan and Anthony were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again and would highly recommend the B&b.

A very enjoyable & relaxing...

Liked: From pre arrival to departure, we were looked after and provided with clarity on evryhting from access to room details to brerakfast bookings. We were looked after without it ever feeling intrusive. Room great size and comfortable and had all the facilities needed.

Premium quality perfectly maintained B&B

Liked: This place truly exceeded our expectations and had everything that one needs from a B&B. You could see that so much thought has gone through in designing all the facilities and accessories in the room, processes around check-in, breakfast etc as well as communication with the guests. Anthony and his wife were great hosts and provided excellent service to us throughout our stay. The property is in immaculate condition with everything being of premium quality with no signs of cost cutting anywhere. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: Anthony & Siobhan were very friendly and welcoming, and looked after us very well. The breakfast had a large choice, so all tastes catered for. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: There was an extensive form to fill in online every day for your breakfast choices, which would have benefited from a "Same as yesterday" option to simplify.

Thoughtful luxury, impeccable details, genuine...

Liked: Anthony and his wife were exceptionally gracious hosts, and meticulous with even the tiniest details, from the china and cutlery to the very generous and deliciously prepared breakfast every morning (the highlight of my day). As an example of their attention to detail, the coffee machine in my room had very specific, easy-to-follow instructions that were clearly not from the manual, but rather thoughtfully worded step-by-step instructions. Everything was 'classic' in terms of interior design, but not overbearingly so – even the garden was beautifully tended and manicured. The house, furniture and soft furnishings had a distinctly well-made, 'old world' quality that's hard to find in newer dwellings. In the room, everything worked reliably, and there were electric outlets in every place you could possibly need them. It's clear that this is a labour of love, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again; I've already recommended it to a few friends who might be travelling to Lincolnshire in 2025.
Disliked: The location is great if you don't mind not being in the heart of the action, but it's easy enough to get to wherever you need to go.
