Cozy and Comfortable in Palm...

Liked: Cozy and comfortable. Close to downtown. Great bed, great shower!
Disliked: Some minor maintenance issues throughout.

Great value, worth the money,...

Liked: The curb appeal is not so great because it looks like a fortress, which I guess is great for Security but once you get inside, it’s really lovely. The staff was awesome.
Disliked: Couple of small minor issues like batteries needing to be changed in the remote for the TV, etc. but generally, I really like the place.

Highly recommend for couples who...

Liked: We loved how quiet the rooms were and the outdoor space. The pool was perfect! Seems to attract a quiet clientele which we really appreciated.
Disliked: It’s an older boutique hotel but well cared for and clean.
