Very good
Liked: The room and staff were great. Good gym. Good location right above the train station and short walk to circular quay.
Disliked: Lack of food options/room service (but plenty of delivery services available), and no vegan breakfast options.

Good stay, service could’ve been...
Liked: Modern and clean, great facilities such as the rooftop and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Staff up on the rooftop were friendly and helpful. Beds, pillows and linen all very comfy. Nice ammenities such as Nespresso and T2.
Disliked: - Drop off / check in: if you are arriving by car and have a bit of luggage, may not be the most suitable. Staff were not helpful. We called ahead to ask the best place to pull up as we had a car. That section of Clarence Street is a clear way / tow zone. It was suggested to park 100 metres up the road and carry our luggage in (Fine if you have a few items but we had quite a few) or to just risk stopping outside which didn’t seem helpful given it was a double demerit point weekend. Staff didn’t offer to help or assist. Definitely not the best first impression.- No on-site parking so you’ll have to organise your own at a nearby parking garage, paid ~ $140 for 3 days - Rooms are small but not an issue if you are not spending a lot of time in the rooms, you do have to climb over one side to get to the other which some may find an inconvenience but was fine for us.

The perfect little nest in...
Liked: The perfect base for a long weekend in Sydney - like everyone says, rooms are smallish, but perfectly formed because of the huge, comfy bed in the window. The rooftop is a place to chill or work from (like I did whilst avoiding some rain) and the staff are always happy to help! Encouraging guests to order in is a stroke of genius really, so everyone can get what they want/need.
Disliked: Nothing to add
