Disliked: No where to hang towels to dry Personal preference but the bed was too soft and pillows really big

Disliked: We got woken up by construction noise at 7am on a Saturday. Also the bed was very soft and the pillows were eay too high. We both woke with sore necks.

Liked: Great room for a single person . Felt luxurious and was very comfortable. Loves the library and its mini bar facilities. Great view at sunset.
Disliked: Bed would be tricky to get into for 2 people perhaps. But it was exceptionally comfortable.

Liked: We are return guests. Stayed for 2 nights this time with 2 rooms because last time was not long enough. We adore this well considered and wonderfully designed bespoke hotel.
Disliked: Last visit we had the most warm and professional staff to check us in which really set the vibe for us. You can refer to our last review about how the staff really enhanced our stay last time. This time the person who checked us in was not welcoming, had a messy desk with her big bundle of keys present, her snack bar on the desk, was overall flustered, a bit annoyed and panicky about not being able to log out and log in from one page to another on her system; everything seemed to be a problem and left us feeling not welcomed, not relaxed and that our check in was quite hectic and problematic.
