Little Mod Hotel at the University

We had a lovely time....

Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the hotel was very cute and clean and it was just wonderful. We are planning to come back and this will be the place we will stay in the future.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Really cute and unique hotel...

Liked: Really cute and unique, close to everything, safe and walkable neighborhood, central
Disliked: We were not informed that the extra cost charged at the property was for incidentals and would be returned. A week later and our refund of the extra charge has not come through. Had trouble getting a direct response from the Hotel Staff about this issue and a larger client services team has told us only to "wait for it"

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and so charming, and the location was perfect!
Disliked: There's no parking at the property so you either needed street parking or to go down about a half a block for a parking garage.
