Stay was average

Liked: Easy to find. Comfortable and clean
Disliked: No hairdryer in the room at all . No one at reception in the morning to ask.

Disliked: No breakfast. Weird atmosphere, like a hostel rather than a hotel..

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, good room, great location for airport.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was good.

Without the all night noise...

Liked: Convenient to airport - friendly staff - reasonable priced parking.
Disliked: Children I believe running/thumping around above until 3 am in morning and constant door slamming - such a shame.

Disliked: Musty smell permeated the room, pillows were flattest cheapest available.

Liked: Excellent location, staff couldn’t do enough for me. Lovely setting, food was very nice, would recommend for anyone flying from Gatwick.

Liked: The only good thing was that is close to the airport
Disliked: This "inn" is more like a glorified fast food joint with the option to sleep over. No connectivity at the address, wifi almost non-existing. The room was full of dust, fan, kettle and other items provided were dirty and sticky. I dont even want to mention the state of the TV remote....imagine earwax spredover the buttons. No soap or shampoo in bathroom, and the drawer that had a sticker with a hairdryer on it, guess what; it did not have a hairdryer, it was empty. Water in shower burning hot with no option to turn the warmth down, which was the first time in my life happening, usually is the opposite.
