A home away from home...

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean room,comfortable, excellent location, safe and secure. Best of all, the value! I keep coming back so many times. And im planning to go to disneyland again very soon and stay at this lovely place.
Disliked: None.

It was good!

Liked: The location was great! It was close to shops, restaurants and in walkable distance to Disneyland.
Disliked: Rooms were dated and small. Had to pay just to get a little bit of ice from the ice machine.

Liked: Good location. For a cheap hotel was not expecting much
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable walls and blinds dirtyBathroom tired but functionalNoisy but it’s due to other customers noise and coming and going all hours of night

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with handicapped parking . Forgetting my ID in office they brought to me . Close to everything
Disliked: People upstairs very noisy, forgetting they had people under them ,customers thinking its ok to talk loud at 3 am.

A hidden gem in katella

Liked: The staff, very nice accommodating, friendly and professional. And of course location, value, comfort and clean, safe.
Disliked: Nothing.
