Little America Hotel & Resort Cheyenne

Liked: Facilities very clean. Fantastic location for CFD- rooms were a little dated. The pool and playground were wonderful.

Excellent room but if arriving...

Liked: The room itself was excellent and very spacious.
Disliked: The parking was extremely bad as had to park away from the lodge we were staying at and walk from the main parking lot.. The resort allowed trucks with campers and trailers to park close and they took up most of the parking spots. Went to the restaurant to eat and the meal took over 45 minutes to be delivered and then the hostess only took 20% off each entree. This was also for the other few people eating there also. Would have been nice to have been told this when we sat down so we could have went elsewhere to eat. We only had one keurig regular coffee pod in our room but had two degaf ones.

A bit disappointing

Liked: Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds. Resort atmosphere
Disliked: Bathroom had not been cleaned. Used towel, dirty bathtub, used soap bar. Worst - room smelled of cigarette smoke. Told staff in the morning. Just said hoped we'd give them another try! Really expected more from this chain.

Liked: Very quiet, beautiful hotel. Pretty kind and helpful staff. Wonderful location. Nice pool. Spotlessly clean room and comfy bed. Fantastic golf course. Can’t wait to be back!

Looks greate on the outside,...

Liked: The Rooms were clean and large. Well equipped and the look of the whole resort looks well kept
Disliked: The staff were useless. No Water available. the Restaurant was chaos even though there were only a few number of tables being used. Starters came out at the same time as the mains, because the chef wanted to go home!

Liked: The property was amazing and beautiful. The pool was great as well.
Disliked: The room was dirty, there was trash “under” the bed and hair in the shower and on the toilet and the mini fridge was mini mini, way too small.
