Disliked: LONG wait to checkin at reception. Only 2 people on the front desk and it was also their responsibility to answer incoming phone calls. We waited in line about 20 minutes to check in.

Disliked: Bathtub kind of high to step over and to get to the water control for the tub kind of difficult.No breakfast

Would definitely recommend this hotel....

Liked: Loved this place! Had a great play area out back for kids and adults alike. Cute squirrels scurrying around was definitely a highlight.
Disliked: The toilet was blocked but they moved us to another room very quickly.. and then both sinks were blocked but they resolved it very quickly. Was happy with how well they handled our issues.

Great Place to Visit.

Liked: The hotel was super clean and easy to locate off the highway. While it was too cold to enjoy the pool, we enjoy the surrounding area and visited the town of Flagstaff. We would stay here again if we're ever back in town!

Liked: This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The facilities were excellent. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful and the pool was like a vision of heaven.
Disliked: The balconies could be bigger.

Disliked: Both times we ordered room service it arrived cold.
