Great little find !

Liked: Great customer service. Julian was so lovely ! . Loved the decor and the honour bar. They also had complimentary pastries and fruit for breakfast . Delicious! Lovely rooftop area.
Disliked: The air-conditioning was loud . It was a bit bright in the room. Maybe consider blocout curtains.

Liked: The hotel is lovely, very boutique. The Honour Bar is a fantastic idea instead of snacks in your room and the variety was great. Loved the bath and the shower. Decor is modern and lovely and there are fantastic areas throughout the hotel to sit so you don't have to be in your room. I particularly loved the portraits in the stairwell and the stories of the criminals that inhabited Surry Hills! A nice touch of history. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Value for money in Sydney city was great Would stay here again.
Disliked: Make sure you get a bigger room on a higher floor as they are much nicer. Family had a last minute room on the ground floor and it was very small. Ours on floor 3 was spacious and lovely. Not a lot of parking around and if you're walking be prepared for hills! Otherwise location is great!

Excellent location, staff & facilities

Liked: Fabulous boutique hotel with wonderful staff and great attention to detail. Excellent location. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Disliked: I'm struggling to find something that could have been better. My room was on the lowest level and so it didn't have a window. I would probably try and get one on a higher level on my next visit but I was only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal at all.

Homely and spacious!

Liked: Excellent hospitality from staff and a lovely room. Spacious and comfy. Well stocked hot drink and mini bar area - I recommend taking something up to the rooftop! I enjoyed the location as it had lots of delicious eateries nearby and close to Central station.
