Litchfield Beach And Golf Resort

Liked: The Litchfield complex is a great place for a vacation. Great beach access, great amenities, wonderful staff.
Disliked: The pool had many parts not operational. The room itself is in need of updates. There were several pieces of broken furniture, including all of the outdoor furniture for balcony use, stains throughout and overall cleanliness felt lacking. Some level of that can be expected at a beach location, but this felt excessive for the price of the room.

Liked: Ad for room said beachfront but it was 10 miles from the property and was dark dingy and unclean.
Disliked: Location and building not kept up. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Offered upgrade to white patron on beach but told me right after that that there were no more rooms. They said I could get a larger room for more money after they said I was moved to another room because air didn't work. I wasn't told this until I complained.

Liked: Pool, and kitchen in the room
Disliked: We had NO AC even after maintenance came out and looked at it and said everything was working fine.

Liked: Quiet and spacious.
Disliked: Kept getting calls to come to presentation.

Pawley's Island

Liked: Check in was smooth and professional. All questions asked, were answered clearly. Check in staff were all exceptional, polite and well groomed.
Disliked: N/A
