Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Thought we were going to be closer to the beach

Liked: Area was neat and well kept
Disliked: The room was really small. Would like to have had a comfortable chair or 2 to sit in to watch tv instead of having to lie on the bed to watch tv. Maybe just one bed and a couple of comfortable chairs. Also would like to have had coffee for the coffee maker as well as coffee cups. Maybe an ice maker.

Poor

Liked: Muiltple pools , hot tub, Starbucks on site, w! W×! Aha egg hunt , nice pound.
Disliked: . Each building has different ports after the third building finally found our room at Eastport. Which would had been helpful . I called and asked for more towels, and I was told they were out!! The front desk confirmed to make sure we received them in the morning, which never happened. Pools was amazing. Unfortunately, the closet gate is so far away. I have bad hip and cancer , two gates at front for only staff.

Disappointing

Liked: Facility was very nice. Views were absolutely amazing.
Disliked: Unit was horrendous! Outdated. Filthy. Carpeting was so stained we had to keep shoes on. Very disappointed.

Exceptional

Liked: Always a lovely stay when coming to litchfield.. Every type of room we have had weather it be the small rooms to the villas it's always awsome..

False advertisement, will give you...

Liked: Great location, quiet and close to restaurants.
Disliked: I booked a room with 3 rooms and one king bed, one queen, and one full. Instead, the room we actually got had three rooms with 6 twin beds, 2 per room. The front desk would not do anything about the booking and it was the absolute worst stay we have ever had, and we stay at Litchfield every single time we visit. All of a sudden, this went to a g re at place to stay to the worst place of our entire Christmas vacation. Disappointed considering we have been loyal customers for years.

Liked: The location was great, very near the beach. This was NOT the condo that was shown on the booking site. We felt there was a bait and switch.
Disliked: The toilet on the first floor had a very significant leak. We called the front desk about it and the issue was never addressed. The electrical outlets in neither bathroom worked. We also reported this but nothing was done. The shower curtain in the bathroom would not stay on the wall. I left a note on the table when we left. I hope the issues will be fixed for the next renter.

Liked: I loved the close proximity to everything, the space as the room was very comfortable and accommodating. The patio was also created to have a nice ambiance.
Disliked: The toilet in the master bedroom would stop flushing maintenance was fixing it upon our arrival but I had to call them again. The maintenance guy was very nice and showed me what to do but I literally had to lift the top of the toilet and press the grey part down in order for the toilet to flush.
