Disliked: Didn't know there was a car park charge until i checked in. Not a lot but would have liked to know at time of booking.Woken up at 5.00am on Sunday morning through creaking floorboards and thin walls so could hear next doors conversations/arguements

Liked: Good location easy walk from Fleet centre. Set back from the road behind some beautiful trees. Room was clean and bed enormous.

Quiet location

Liked: Nice a quiet location. Breakfast was very good & staff were attentive.
Disliked: Double room had two single beds pushed together. Noisy until 3am in the morning without the intervention of any hotel staff.

Disliked: Some areas seem very rundown and unloved.

Cheap but not cheerful. Disappointing.

Liked: The room was large. However l did request a room to suit my husband’s mobility. It was too far away from everything and difficult for him to access it. They said they did not have an alternative. The beds were not comfy, the pillows were awful. The disabled shower only had tepid water. Very unsatisfactory.
Disliked: Distance from the reception. The room was dull and uninviting. The shower was cold. The bed was not comfortable and pillows hard.Couldn’t believe because we booked the stay through booking.com we had to pay 5 pounds per night for parking. Book direct and you don’t .My husband as a disabled badge, and that made no difference! Appalling!
