Disliked: We had the worst Room in this establishment Room 22 which is squeezed right in the top 3rd Floor Corner at the top of the Fire Escape sort of Triangular shaped only just managing to get a double bed in itUp 3 flights of very narrow steep stepsWe had to beg for some tea bags at receptionThe TV didnt work correctly kept loosing signal on BBC1 The Safe was brokenThe Shower ran from scalding to Cold intermittently Only Bar Snacks available so had to walk down the Town for a proper Restaurant (after long Journey)Wash Basin Taps from nothing to full on unexpectedly Staff were less than hospitable No welcome No have you had a nice stayCold Coffee at Breakfast and you had to ask for everything ie Scrambled Eggs everything seemed to be to much troubleAt £110 a night then Parking Charge £5 a night plus Breakfast at £15 a day outrageous No way is this a 4 star Hotel if the Hotel Inspector visited I would guess she would struggle to Rate it 1 starYes we should have Complained and perhaps got moved but how on earth can they list this as a suitable Room to Rent out in the first placeWe couldn’t wait to get out such an awful placeWe could have put up with a lot of the very dated decor but Staff and Facilities were truly awful for the Money A Big Big No NoI wouldn’t be surprised if this place doesn’t last much longerIt’s a shame because with just a few straightforward changes which wouldn’t cost the Earth they could get return businessI guess it’s mainly New Business with unsuspecting gullible customers like us getting ripped offWill never visit againStay ClearLes and Jo

Disliked: The food had dirt in it, and I have taken a picture of it as it was room service and emailed the hotel regarding this but have not had a reply yet.

Liked: The staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable from the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough. Great team which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Wouldn't use again, so disappointed...

Liked: The location was great for a trip to Wembley to break the journey up.
Disliked: Really baffled by the positive reviews we read before booking,I guess its luck as to which room you are given. We had 2 rooms,a double and a twin. The twin didn't have a main light in the bedroom only as you walk in the door therefore the room was very dark and the lamps provided didn't all work which meant my daughter fell over and hurt her hip as it was so dark she tripped. Very outdated.The double room - the floor was filthy, the rest of the room was so tatty that I couldn't say if it was clean or just tatty. The shower head was full of limescale so water only came out half the holes, the plug for the bath was covered in mould. The sink I hope was clean but again its so old and tatty its hard to tell and the toilet also stained so who knows if clean or just old. Very outdated, and if you want it to be an 80s style hotel that's fab, but it needs to be clean and functional. Breakfast was just ok. And an extra fiver to park the car is ridiculous! All in all, definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2! Wouldn't return, and feel like we've paid for something we didn't receive, such a shame as we visit London regularly and use Hotels in similar locations often. Maybe the other rooms are better and we were unfortunate but they shouldn't be marked as 4star.
