Liked: Location next to Liseberg and all the restaurants is perfect. The atmosphere is amazing, it is a very nicely designed and a lot of people working during the breakfast and check in and check out

Liked: This hotel was fantastic, I was provided with plenty of information prior to arrival, staff very very polite and helpful, the food and service was great, lots of facilities like luggage storage, the rooms were lovely comfortable and spacious, the rooftop bar was amazing and we liked the cool features like the carousel and slide in the hotel
Disliked: We were asked to choose a specific time for breakfast which we expected it to be quieter with staggered seating, it was total carnage, free for all to even find a table, there was children running around like it’s a playground than a restaurant, children were not being supervised by parents or staff so they were running around and even knocked my girlfriends food out of her hand, several dishes were dropped and smashed on the floor, it was utter mayhem

Disliked: Tailored to cater for crowds so quite minimalistic room facilities.The cafe only opens at 12h which is also the park entrance opening time which is awkardOne particularly shockingly rude waiter.tress at the cafe that frankly spoiled the candid experience the hotel is trying to give.

Disliked: I would have liked better wine options per glass in the lobby cafe/bar.Family room with seperat bed room for children.Nanny service, so mom and dad could enjoy some together
