Excellent hotel, recommended!

Liked: Fantastic little hotel in Lisbon! Excellent location, with easy walking reach to all major sites. Excellent staff, especially the receptionists Pedro and Sofia who were very knowledgable and kind. Breakfast was varied and complete, with fruit, vegetables, sweet pastries, macarons, bread, cheese, ham, nuts, juices, coffees and teas, and eggs à la carte. Rooms were specious, comfortable, and clean. Free water throughout the stay, a free welcome drink and a bottle of wine. Can’t recommend enough, we had a wonderful stay!
Disliked: The dinner menu could be larger and more typical.

Disliked: We stayed in your hotel and it was perfect experience with everyone and everything. We went to porto and we went back went back to your place just for drinks and snacks.George the receptionist was the rudest most unpleasant person we could meet back.The stubborn person did not even answer our questions when we where the guests two days ago.Just because we where not the hotel guests anymore and just restaurant clients he refused to serve us anything, when told that room service was still active at that point he refused to do anything.

Amazing hotel in the heart...

Liked: The staffs (both Sophia and Nicole), very central location, very good breakfast with freshly prepared eggs, and very comfy bed.
Disliked: The toilet is a little cramp.
